Had all 4 tyres replaced today, only to be told the balancing machine isn?t working.
Have had to then drive to another garage for this to be done.
Meanwhile the staff aren?t telling anyone they?re fitting new tyres for that the balance machine isn?t available.
Frustrating and annoying!! This was booked weeks ago!
You guys also advertise that balancing can be booked in, on your website, from today!

Tried twice to book online to have a tyre replaced and both times they took payment but was asked to call the helpline to finish the booking/get a refund. Call centre menus didn?t really seem to fit my problem. Very frustrating

Took my car in for new tyres and new front brake discs and pads. When the mechanic was replacing rear tyres he discovered defective rear brake discs. I was immediately contacted by the assistant Manager (Steve) who explained the issue and what would be required to rectify the issue. I authorised the further repairs. Steve had to ring round and source the parts to repair my vehicle. He kept me fully informed throughout the process updating me several times. His customer service skills were brilliant and Halfords are very lucky to have such a 1 st class employee. When I collected my vehicle he and Josh, the mechanic who repaired my vehicle explained how and what they required to obtain the parts and repair my vehicle.
Steve and Josh should be commended for their services and customer interaction.

Very honest garage. Took my car today to replace a tyre that I thought was punctured. The garage confirmed it was not and refunded me for the tyre I had bought. Would go back again. Thank you!

Paid for 2 tyres to be fitted and they were not balanced. Had to have them balanced at another garage. Avoid at all costs
