Had all 4 tyres replaced today, only to be told the balancing machine isn’t working. Have had to then drive to another garage for this to be done. Meanwhile the staff aren’t telling anyone they’re fitting new tyres for that the balance machine isn’t available. Frustrating and annoying!! This was booked... read full comment
