Big shout out to Maya who helped me to get my wedding ring resized. Maya was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. My ring came back yesterday and fits perfectly. It was also re-rhodiumed and polished while it was being resized. I have an inscription inside the band and this was preserved during all of the processes. Maya consulted with her colleague Charlie to ensure that my ring would fit perfectly once resized by getting me to try on rings of the same/similar style and size. Safe to say Maya went above and beyond. Thank you so much.?
I'm really happy to have my wedding ring back on my finger.
Also, a big shout out to Charlie who helped my husband with the purchase of a new watch and insurance. Charlie was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My husband does not like shopping, but Charlie made the whole process quick and painless!

We went into the Witney store to get a watch. Can't fault the service we had from the lady manager - didn't quiet catch her name. She was so knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything in terms of features to match my needs. Nothing was too much effort. Her customer service was exceptional and I find its so hard to find nowadays. Thank you

I went into Witney H Samuel and I had a lovely experience. Charlie was the lady who saw to me and my fiancé and she was so lovely and helpful. She was very patient and let me try on so many rings! I'm a very indecisive person and she was very smiley and happy to help me! ? she gave me so many options and helped me choose out which rings complimented each other well

I had been interested in a specific watch for a long time, but had been told that it was not available.
On my last visit in to the store, Janet told me that the watch I was interested in was now available to purchase.
The watch was ordered in by Janet and I purchased it when it came in!

Had a fantastic help last Monday on the 4th August with Maya and supervisor Charlie.. They were helping choose as a gold neckless and engagement ring for my self . Ladies were so helpful ,calm and very positive. Definetley given 10/10 .We will be back soon . Thank you so much for your help .
