“I recently had the pleasure of interacting with two outstanding employees at Waitrose, Witney - Byron and Kate. While preparing for a big move, I was in desperate need of cardboard boxes. Despite the store closing down for the day, Byron took the time to assist me and, although unable to find any boxes that evening, ensured that I would be taken care of the next day by informing Kate. True to his word, upon my visit the following day, Kate immediately went out of her way to procure the boxes I needed.I’m truly touched by the dedication and the extra mile both Byron and Kate went to assist me. It’s refreshing to see such commitment and kindness, especially when they did it entirely out of goodwill. This experience underscores the importance of having employees who are genuinely willing to go beyond their call of duty. Kudos to both of them and a big thank you to Waitrose, Witney for fostering such a supportive and helpful environment. “Great nursery! Runs through half terms which is very convenient for working parents. Another very important aspect personally for me is that my daughter always gets a freshly cooked meal by chef every day. No unhealthy snacks or pre-pack cold food. When my daughter started nursery, English was her second language, so to begin with she had a problem settling in. “A great place to shop in Witney. I was very pleased to discover this shop. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful (I needed some help with translation of some products). The fresh bakery was delicious, so were the fresh cakes. The variety and quality of the meat products was great. Pickles, frozen meat, bakes, ready meals, fresh cheese, yogurts, a rich choice of snacks, soft drinks, sweets, fresh vegetables and fruit, they have it all.I would highly recommend this shop.”

“The only Tesco in Witney so it's good to go to get the few things you can only buy at a Tescos store. Small shop though so don't expect the whole Tesco range!”

After a fall on the ice I was stuck in for a few days and got my mind set on a particular slow cooker dish while my husband was at work! I couldn't manage the supermarket but within an hour of ordering, I had all the fresh ingredients i needed! One women was having ago at him as well as another member of staff but he kept his cool.
