I went to Greggs at 3pm and stood in the line for 20 minutes. It wasn't busy. When I finally arrived at the till they had ran out of everything so when I asked how long a margarita pizza would take. Katie told me it would take 7 minutes so I paid and waited. After 20 minutes of waiting for my pizza they took them out and they were ALL burnt. Whilst waiting the doors wouldn't close so I sat in the cold for 20 minutes for a burnt pizza. They then proceeded to not tell me and I had to wait another 15 minutes for a new pizza that had no cheese on.

Staff are nice and the shop is clean.
However, they never have a cheese and onion slices ready when you go in and when you order online because you don't fancy waiting 20 minutes they miss other items such as the jammy donut you were looking forward to all morning ?

My order had an item missing for my son and a lady from the store come to our address personally and give us the replacement and cakes as way of apologising I found that a really nice touch ?

Nice sausage rolls but that's what you'd expect and they have a seating area for you to sit and eat them. Good service.

I think that the staff in greggs witney are doing amazing considering they are under payed under staffed have no manager half the equipment doesn't work , yes you have to queue but when there's only two serving and 1 of them has to do the ovens and the just eat orders and serve what do you expect, its amazing they have any staff that even stay there , if you want to pay cheap prices then expect to queue ,
