Booked an appointment today. Got a call prior to arriving saying they were running late and moved it back 15 minutes. No problem.When I got there the staff were exceptional. Took the time to resolve my issue and dealt professionally with a very busy and very small working environment.EE if you read this do something to help the staff out the current promises are far below what they deserve I can't imagine the stress they have working in that environment.Great job from the staff today.

Zero stars..... Ordered a phone in store to be delivered in store.Had a message to say it had been delivered, only to be informed at the store it hadn't. Took my number to message me when it would be there and now told 3 days later if it's not been delivered I have to contact EE direct as it'll be back at the warehouse... Worst customer service ever !!

Hi! I wanted to leave some feedback about my experience at your Witney branch. I was trying to upgrade my phone online and chose the wrong option - Sam at EE in Witney very quickly sorted out the problem and set up my phone. He was friendly and efficient being full aware that I was on my lunch break and didn?t have a lot of time to spare. He also synced my watch with my phone and now all my devices work perfectly! I cannot thank Sam and the Witney team enough - they made my experience so positive and are a great credit to EE.

Went into Witney ee shop with my 94 year old relative as we had to get new sim for her new phone. The man who helped us was so friendly & helpful, he put all her info from old sim onto her new sim & set up her new phone for her. We were in & out of store in 5 mins!! She was so thrilled to have it all sorted so easily.

Needed urgent help with phone and was advised visiting shop was only way to fix on same day. Was told shop opened at 9am so I took time off work, only to find the shutters were down and no response on bell when I arrived... no notices to explain why it was closed.I then called EE and they had no idea why shop was closed but said they could see the shop had appointments available from 3pm onwards. I booked 3pm appt only to then arrive to find shop was still closed.I was left with no option but to go to their competitor over the road and switch to a new provider to ensure I had a working phone. Will now need to call EE to cancel my contract and no doubt pay a fee.A days business lost on my part, a 12 year old loyal customer lost by EE.

I went into EE shop in Witney for my appointment to service my phone at 11am today. Sarah the Assistant manager was really lovely and very helpful,and gave me good advice on using my Samsung phone.
