Control arm kit does not fit my caddy as listedZero response from sales emai they tell you to use from any email I've sent them about getting kit exchanged or refundedI've been absolutely ripped offI now have the lengthy process of going through PayPal to get the kit returned and refundedSteer well clear of this fraudulent companyEdit: responded to your email 2 weeks ago with reg to which they have not responded whatsoever no doubt trying to drag this out so I end up stuck with a useless kit at £160 loss..Worst online company I have ever dealt with to date3 months of messing me around so far ive had enough and will now have no choice but to complain to PayPal..

Ordered a new power steering hose for Freelander 2 2008. I sought the part as land rover intimated that they had no parts in stock. The part arrived in quick time, but unfortunately of poor quality (not my words but the garage) I asked for a replacement part as I understand parts can be faulty, to which the company agreed should I send evidence. The evidence was sent over email over 10 days ago and the company hasn?t bothered to reply nor send a replacement part.I won?t hold my breathe on receiving a new part.

Items arrived after 10 days in very damaged packaging. Not all due to your distribution system, mostly I would say to your courier (Royal Mail), who's service was abysmal. From Oxfordshire to Hertfordshire, damaged and late, 10 days.
