Went here Sunday late morning for a coffee and stood in an empty queue for 3minutes (yes, I timed it, because it annoyed me so much) while 3 young staff behind the counter failed to even make eye contact let alone take an order. This Costa is so hit and miss regarding the service. No vegan cakes either which is ridiculous these days
