Lovely hot chocolate, served by Harry, who was very polite, friendly & helpful. Great atmosphere, with a chilled vibe. Highly recommend.
Wheelchair accessibility: Level access, double doors. Lots of room inside. Disabled toilets.

Waited for over an hour for the food this morning. No warning when we ordered. Ironically when the breakfast turned up it was better than usual, but the eggs with spinach and mushrooms had a single leaf but no mushrooms!!
This is the midpoint in a long journey for us and we won?t risk it again!
TBF, when we told them how unhappy we were, they refunded without being asked.

This place is like a creche so if you want to have lunch in peace avoid it at all costs.
Came here with a friend and ordered mezze salad and chicken bacon and avocado salad.
12 pounds odd each.
Miserably small portion for a main, hardly any chicken or avocado, a couple of handfuls of leaves ( mainly rocket ) totally lacking in taste colour and texture. This must have cost them about a pound to put together. Maximum.
My friends salad was equally awful.
I did inform the young chap who cleared our plates away that we were unhappy with our food yet there was no offer of a reduction or even anything to make up for it like a coffee.
He just said he'd tell the chef.
Like the chef gives a toot about the food anyway sending that rubbish out.
Disgracefully poor customer service.
Bye Como Lounge we'll never eat here again.
I don't like places that take the piss out of their customers.
Next time I'll eat in the Angel up the road where I can get a beautifully put together salad with some actual meat in it for about £8.

It was perfect, we had a warm welcome and excellent service, the food was served by friendly efficient staff, it was very tasty and well presented, and good value for money.One member of staff was very helpful with a birthday cake that I baked for my nephews 50th birthday. After checking that it was ?nut free?he was happy to light the candles and present it to him. Thank you for a great evening.
Parking: We found parking within easy walking distance from The Cosmo Lounge and it was free.
Kid-friendliness: We had children in our party they all found something on the menu they enjoyed. It was very child friendly

Food affordable! And always lovely place to eat with a yummy variry of fodd. The reason why I'm giving 4 out 5 five stars (for food) was that the avocardo on toast was made differently than the last time I ordered and seemed smaller, which was ashame as I was really looking foward too it as it was 10 out of 10 last time I had it from here. But again, it is an amazing place to eat, especially for all types of coffee and food items! Even pick up a new top 5 song on my last visit!

I?ve been to many other lounges and love them. Especially the Bicester one in the town centre (Torino lounge)
Anyways, this one in Witney my experience visiting was blissful, very welcoming staff and cozy.
Cheesy chips were delicious. Definitely will visit again.

Really nice stop, met friends and decided to pay a visit.
Service was quick, food was good and drinks well made.
We had beer, coffee, tea and wine everyone was happy with their options.
I?d definitely visit again.
