Visited this store Today at 11:30am, Not sure if they struggle to find polite, customer centric staff?, because the Female Cashier had a serious attitude problem
There were 3 people in the que, some young Guy in front of me was trying to pay for his purchases, the cashier did something wrong , she then called for help , snarled at myself could I step back away ?
Away from what exactly? I'm stood in the que with another Lady directly behind me, waiting to pay for our transactions.
Minding our our business and waiting patiently, making No complaints!
Service with a smile ?I'm unclear why people take jobs in customer service when have no comprehension of the
requirements, who's doing who the favour.?

Came in today (21/12/24) and couldn?t find my Monster Pipeline Punch. Nicola, even though she was going on her break, went round to check for me. She was so lovely and made my experience in store better than normal. Thank you Nicola!

This is a fantastic local shop. The staff are amazing and there are always plenty of gherkins on the shelf. I love gherkins and if they were to ever run out I couldn't handle it. I have been to other Coop branches which have been short of gherkin stock and it's always a disappointment. A big thumbs up for the Eynsham Coop
