Poor customer service , not even allowed to look at the shoes today

We recently placed an order online for a pair of shoes and then collected them from the Witney shop soon after.Clarks shoes are never the cheapest but they are good quality.The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful.

I walked in, walked straight out. Very small selection. Used to be a great shop. Now it's over priced.
