Although this will sound petty, it is frustrating when the "festive" drink ingredients are never available. It means you end up with a substitute but it still costs the same amount of money. Staff are nice and friendly and it is always busy.

Filthy toilets, absolutely disgusting. I did mention it to a member of staff at the time who didn't really seem bothered. I won't be going there again.

I didn't have to wait for long to ask for a coffee and it was served quickly. I found a table quickly. Staff were busy, but had a smile and were polite. Decor neutral, but comfortable, not plastic nor uniform as too many chains are. Tall ceiling nice.
Atmosphere welcoming, people talking but only as background. A number of people on their own, some working on computers.

Not sure where the reviews about cleanliness are coming from. It's usually spotless when I'm visiting, but my visits are usually between 8-9am.
It's my go to place and I can't ask for better service.
