We recently purchased a property through Breckon & Breckon's, Witney branch and although we weren?t direct clients, of Alex Chappell, Assistant Branch Manager, the level of service we received was nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, he kept us fully informed throughout the process, proactively updating us and ensuring we felt supported every step of the way.
His communication was clear, timely, and always professional, and he consistently went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
What really stood out was the personal touch?on the day of completion, when we arrived to pick up the keys to our new home, we were warmly welcomed and presented with a bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture.
It?s rare to encounter such exemplary customer service, especially as purchasers, and we?re incredibly grateful for their dedication and care. Highly recommended!

Breckon & Breckon Witney Estate Agents have been excellent. Finally Sold our 1-Bed Flat following a very long drawn out process! John was fantastic finding us a buyer, great communication & updates. The sale process was then handed to Rosie who dealt with this, with much patience & Professionalism. Constant Emails / phone-calls & trying to smooth the process along, whilst managing everything from all angles!! It was stressful & very frustrating at times, but Yippee ? with a great Solicitor too, we got there! THANK YOU all very much.

I can?t stress how great these guys are! We were working with Sarah who was fantastic the whole way though not just with the sellers but with us the first time buyers! We waited 6 months for our house to go though due to the solicitors and Sarah was on hand every step to help and guide! Simply the best Estate Agents in Witney. They were very professional, know the local market inside out and have extremely helpful staff. One thing that really struck me was the incredibly smart IT systems they used in marketing the property. Like many sales, there were delays during the transaction - they handled these in a very commercial and sensible fashion. I was extremely impressed by how they dealt with the buyer throughout the transaction process. This review would not be complete without mentioning Sarah Thomas, the Senior Negotiator who handled our sale throughout - she was fabulous. I should also mention the Director of the Witney office, John Bouwer - he was very knowledgeable, smart and could not have been more helpful - altogether a great team.
