A really good handy pharmacy. Much better than the one in town as they are focused on pharmacy here. Very convenient to pop in if you need anything. The start that I have interacted with are great.

As a pharmacist, I think I am the worst patient and customer! I am always ordering prescriptions late and i am always in a rush, and each time the ladies here are quick, efficient and greet me with a smile. I have super high expectations given my profession but they definitely exceed them here. The manager has processes running smoothly and is professional and caring. I think it is the best pharmacy in Witney. Thank you all for your support and hard work.

Just a moment to shout out the team at Edington Square Boots Pharmacy on Deer Park. They making getting my prescriptions so much easier than previous experiences. They work so hard constantly, go above and beyond, are always smiling and friendly, and never get the recognition they deserve. Truly appreciate everything they do.

Staff are not respectful, they won?t mind you. They work slow as if there?s no customer. Always had a bad experience going here. Poor service

They are a bunch of a word that rhymes with runts.Accusing me of going in every day to buy a certain controlled item when that is a bare faced lie.Even had a go at me in front of customers which is so rude and disrespectful when I haven't done what they're accusing me of.It's the blondes fault she's horrible and so smug when she thinks she has one over you. If I could rate 0 stars I would because they're not even worth one star

Made an appointment for a flu shot on 17 March. No problem. Lots of availability online. Went through the process for two people including my elderly mother. Got the email confirmation etc. Cool. Today a cancellation from them. No explanation. No alternative suggestion. Probably HQs fault for out of date web information but could do better.

To say this pharmacy has good customer service is the ultimate delusion and a downright lie. I guess not all reviews are genuine though, are they?They need less people out the back and more people out front serving customers urgently. That said, there is always an excuse not to serve customers and do stuff behind the counter, isn't there? They had only one person serving customers and a huge queue.... There were plenty of people doing other stuff behind the counter though. Far too many than was needed! Not one of them could be bothered to help get the horrendous queue down. They just don't care.DO BETTER.

Just called to see if any Lateral Flows were in stock.I appreciate you are busy and no doubt get a lot of the same calls but she put the phone down on me MID conversation...... There is no need for that!You aren't the only busy people in Witney.Shocking customer service but if I want my prescription then I need to get it from you, so I'm stuck with your shocking attitude.But please remember you don't know if the person you just put the phone down on, has had an even worse day!!!BE KIND
