Evie at Benson for Beds in Witney was wonderful. From the first conversation she understood what we wanted from a new bed and mattress. The firmness, the storage, the size etc. She showed us some examples of different mattresses and not only let us try them that day in store, but suggested we come back on another day (as different weather, clothing, mood etc would change how comfortable we felt the mattress was). She explained about the different mattresses, their manufacture etc. She explained if they were more for occasional use or every day use.
Every part of the buying experience through Benson for Beds Witney was exceptional. They were kind and understanding even when we had to delay our delivery due to losing a house purchase. Nothing was too much trouble.
They really were exceptional and we highly recommend Evie. A very professional kind knowledgeable sales person.
So pleased we popped into store rather than bought online.

The staff in the store were very helpful. Having seen a offer online I went into the store to see if they could match the offer. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail the different options available. Hanna in particular was very helpful.
We managed to get the item we were looking at at a good price and look forward to it arriving.
A much better experience purchasing from the store than doing it on line.

Excellent in store service at Bensons in Witney. This supercedes by far, the terrible experience purchasing online, and half a bed being delivered twice. So any doubt, keep to the high street, go in store, be greeted by a human. Delivery not yet received, so anticipating smooth process from start to finish on this occassion.
