Had been warned that promised order/delivery service was questionable to say the least. Foolishly ignored advice and ordered before opening at 5pm for 6pm delivery. Order accepted and delivery promised. However another example of people promising what they can?t do. Repeated calls resulting in ?on its way?, left 5 mins ago?, not true.Finally arrives 45 mins late and as i?m sure happens a lot, the poor delivery guy cops it in the neck. My apologies to him as not his fault First and last time takeaway.

The family love it here, we order all the time. Amazing food, a bit pricey, but always so delicious and quick. They will even phone up to check certain diatry requirements.

I'm so angry. I made an order online without realising they were closed on Tuesdays. They took my money, sent me an email to say they received my order and now nothing. I'm fuming. Will be taking further action to get my £40 back!

Waited 2 hours today, I was told it would be 1 hour 20 mins at the time of ordering an order of £130. So unprofessional, no phone call to say it would be delayed, and when I called to enquire, they did their usual trick of leaving the phone off the hook, so I was unable to speak to anyone. In my opinion they do not deserve to have any repeat business. I do expect to have a response, and a gesture of good will, for the inconvenience as it will be to late the eat this evening. Angry does not even cover it especially because we paid upfront online.

My favourite Chinese takeaway, Eat there multiple times per month. They?re recently started to reward my good custom with free prawn crackers which is nice. It?s just a-shame the prices are going up what seems weekly. They?re easily the most expensive Chinese for 15miles! They are still my favourite though!

Cannot fault the food, always fresh, hot and delicious. Would recommend. Delivery can be slow on busy nights so I usually collect when I know it may take a while.
