I would like to confirm how amazing the after sales staff are, who went out their way to help me find the falt with my projector..In the end the falt was my slow internet speed, and not my projector..BenQ were getting ready to pick up my projector, but thanks to their amazing help and advise the problem was solved.

Recently I had cause to contact the UK Customer Service Office for BenQ as I had a problem with my UHD Projector and which was out of guarantee. My contact was Nick and from the first moment I spoke to him I got a great sense of Customer Care and that's exactly what I experienced right throughout the process.A label was generated for the courier company the very same day I reported my problem to return the projector, and as soon as it arrived at BenQ repair centre I received a quotation which I accepted and I had the projector returned within a few shipping days. Right throughout the process both email and personal telephone contact was maintained, updating me on the status of the repair and shipping, right up to the moment I received the Projector.This was Customer Service at it very best, it waspersonal, (not hiding behind recorded messages like so many other companies) and very very efficient and I certainly know that BenQ is a company I will do business with again and would strongly recommend their products, where you know you will be treated as a real Customer.Thank you Nick, Thank you BenQ

Always hate it when a company shows as being in one country then ship from another. Its false, misleading and highly unethical.In reply to the below - burying your Netherlands address within a page in your website is misleading. You are not clear where you are shipping from, period. If I had know Netherlands I wouldn't have ordered.Also, your smooth delivery has been delayed.....very smooth

I ordered a monitor for my husband?s 40th, he was brought to my house I was told I would have to pay an import charge of £76 pound for UPS to deliver, I refused! so the moniter was taken away, I spoke to Benq who said they were trying to sort out the fee. I heard nothing, my husband bday came and went. So I called Benq and told them I would have a refund now. Now nearly 2 weeks later since I asked for a refund I am still waiting. Never will I order from Benq again!! I only gave 1 star as was no option to give none!!

Customer service is a complete waste of time! Two lamp failures in less than a year. Sent my projector to them for repair after they said it was under warranty and no cost to pay. They had it for 3 weeks then sent me a bill.I sent all the details they wanted, filled out their questionnaire sent in pictures as they asked! what was the point? A total waste of my time BenQ! I'm very unhappy!Might i add though, the projector was great when it was working. Just let down by the after care.

DO NOT BUY BENQ!!!BenQ support is the WORST ever !!!It makes months I sent them my defect monitor and they are UNABLE to find what's the problem! They say the problem is not existant, but it is(signal lost happens randomly). They are completely ignoring the problem and say the monitor has no problem.It is the second time I sent the monitor, and it's again the same!Now it makes 3 months I am without monitor.I lost the patience.DO NOT BUY BENQ!!!
