Used to be one of the better subways, now very average. Constantly understaffed, nearly always a queue and never more than one member of staff to be seen during peak hours. Not sure if management has changed or company policy but consistently having to wait 20+ mins because there simply isn't enough staff is off-putting. Usually I see people walk out getting bored of queueing. Food is ok, sometimes things are forgotten but usually not too big a deal.
