I?ve had a very frustrating time trying to make online payments from my mothers account (I?m her attorney) and I had to travel 10 miles to visit a branch, so I wasn?t in the best of moods. But the lady who dealt with me was fantastic - she understood how I felt, but was able to sort it all out. Thank you, and please keep the branches open - they are so important

My mums bank card had been declined in 2 cashpoints, the lovely cashier in TSB took the time to come out (even though she is not a customer) take a look at the message on screen, advised to try something else and then advised to contact her bank when that didn't work. He took time out to help my elderly mum (who has dementia). We sorted the problem she had the previous day put in the wrong pin and her card had been blocked. Thank you so much to your lovely staff it makes a huge difference having a personal touch ?

5 star for branch service. Chaps payment sent swiftly and a very helpful and polite staff member.1 star for TSB telephone and online service as unhelpful and misleading.

Long queues with only one cashier. People with queries etc should be able to be seen by someone else and not hold up people who just want to do straight forward bank transactions. Not everyone has access to online banking
