We came for lunch and were very impressed. The staff are friendly and attentive. The location and pub itself are lovely. The food is oustanding! I had the duck and my wife had the risotto starter (as a main). We shared the truffle camambert and bread with butter also.

Popped into the greyhound for a catch up with friends on a quiet Sunday evening. The pub was warm and welcoming but after round of drinks we were abruptly told that our table was reserved- although no sign out to tell us- and that we had to leave in 10 mins as they were ?fully booked?. My partner was at the bar about to order another round of drinks. We ended up not ordering and leaving quite annoyed from the abrupt comment. Wouldn?t be in a hurry to return after the response, especially when a round of drinks was £30!

A lovely location with a roaring fire to greet you, comfortable chairs and an excellent atmosphere.
Food, from starter through to puddings were exceptional.
The service was also very friendly and welcoming.
Strongly recommend visiting The Greyhound.
I can?t review the rooms as we didn?t stay.

Great food, nice atmosphere and service. Can?t really fault it tbh except it was a little quiet, menu perhaps a little over-complicated - prefer less is more for that quality of food.

The Greyhound is a country pub, fantastic staff. Had a 2 night stay room very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good, we had no complaints whatsoever. Would highly recommend. The management should be very proud of all the staff.
