Very poor service. We hired a carpet cleaning machine, a part of which was broken when we got it. We had to cable tie it together to be able to use the machine. When returned to Taylors they insinuated that we broke the machine and we should be grateful that they're not charging us for it! We rinsed the machine before returning it but were charged an additional £5 for apparently not cleaning it. Worst service ever! If ever you need a carpet cleaner then I would recommend you get it somewhere else.
