The staff at this store are extremely friendly and helpful they were polite and professional and went above and beyond to make sure my disabilities were accommodated, the sight test was very thorough and the optician was really lovely and explained everything really well, the staff then were really helpful in aiding me to get the glasses I needed whilst taking into account my budget and the glasses I have received are very very good and fantastic value I would highly recommend this store especially if you have any kind of disability or anxiety ect as they just make you feel so at ease.

Great service today (Easter Monday) from the Staff on duty. I had a problem with my contact lenses. I was seen promptly, the issue was identified and a solution put in place.
