These folks are simply outstanding. We have had a new kitchen and purchased all our appliances through Peter Ledbury. They are utterly professional, charming from sales staff to delivery team. Nothing is too mush trouble and the ey seem to be able to source anything you want. Avoid the big players, go here.

We went to the showroom on Friday to look at fridge freezers. Unsure of the measurements we had to go home and confirm. Monday at 8.30 am I phoned to order our chosen model. At 11 am the same day it was installed and the old item and packaging were taken away. I would recommend this company.

After having problems with large companies over the past 2 weeks, without a functioning oven, I found this business through Euronics. I telephoned them on 4th January 2024, and spoke to a very helpful lady. I explained what I needed. She confirmed they had the oven available, and would order it that day. She promised to phone me on the next day. She did just that, and said they could fit the oven on Saturday 6th January. They gave me a time scale for the delivery and fitting, and their two engineers arrived within that timescale. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. T they expertly installed the oven speedily and efficiently.As far as I am concerned, it took only 2 days from ordering to fitting which was amazing, and the customer service was brilliant. I would heartily recommend this company. They may be a small business, but they certainly manage to do what other much larger suppliers can?t do, which is great customer satisfaction.

Fabulous service having a new integrated dishwasher installed. Great team, very efficient delivery and friendly, everything fully explained and also highlighted a plumbing issue we were unaware of plus recommend a local tradesman who could help. Highly recommended!!!!

Fridge freezer purchased. The delivery had to be rescheduled at short notice as the carpenter who was to fit it was sick. This was no problem. Very accommodating, delivery team excellent, professional and charming. In fact the whole experience from visiting the store, purchasing to delivery and removing the old fridge has been superb. Thank you for making this a stress free experience.
