Wantage Greggs closed this morning at peek time, sign up saying temporarily closed but don't worry because the ovens are still on!! Not very helpful, staff looked like they were filling shelves and wandering about?? I know they get very busy but perhaps they need more staff to just restock....

Really happy with this store. I go to greggs almost every day. They always have what I want and if not happy to make a suggestion. Big shout out to Chris, Alan, Zoe and Mel who always are amazingly helpful and happy to serve all customers

been into greggs 3 times this week between 10-11am everytime i?ve gone in i haven?t left with anything i wanted to get due to them ?not having it? i find it difficult to believe they still have business if they?ve ?ran out? of everything before midday?????the staff are super rude and when i asked if they had anything they could stick in the ovens as i didn?t mind waiting the woman huffed told me no and rudely dropped my change into my hand. hospitality workers are the first to moan about how they?re treated by customers but then are the first to throw a strop when customers ask a simple request?.

Enjoyed a day out with the grandchildren. We all had Gregg's lovely sausage rolls. Bonus was there was a seating area, which we didn't know about.

One thing that really gets on my nerves is when the que is back to the door and u have (with respect) the slowest member of staff on the counter and 2/3 staff out the back glancing over the front of the shop but not jumping in to help the front counter, it can take ages in the mornings especially when most orders are with hot drinks.On more thing that really annoys me visiting this store is when you are far back in the que u can?t see if there is any sausage rolls left until u get to the front of the que, when u have just sued for 5 mins plus and end up getting nothing, getting something u didn?t really want or wait for them to come out the oven.May I make a small suggestion that could be rolled out to other stores ( as this issue is not exclusive to wantage) when sausage rolls run out could there not be a notice/ sign that can be placed on the counter to inform those in a que that sausage rolls have run out, and maybe a area on the sign that says how long to wait for fresh ones.Rant over.
