Fantastic customer service in store today. Staff were so helpful when I was looking for a particular product, nothing was too much trouble! Even rang up and reserved it in the Didcot store for me as they didnt have one in stock.

So very sad the management of this store seriously let down the professional and courteous service experienced in other FatFace outlets. Complaint process handled promptly by head office but the failures and incompetence of management level staff to process a valid return in this store were deeply disappointing.

fatface in wantage sucks! rubbish clothes! theirs no style whats so ever! only half decent thing in the shop is the staff are welcoming and they do long legs for the tall! trendier sytles please

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Fat Face!! I'm not a hippie!! not all their clothes are like that, they do good jeans and my favourite denim shorts are from there too. I love most of their tops and i recently brought a pair of ballerina trainers from there which i just live in. There stuff is quite expensive but is very good quality and will last forever. My favourite clothes shop!

Fat Face is a kind of hippie/surfer clothing shop. I think clothes our overpriced a bit. Not my cup of tea in clothing to be honest If you like Baggy Trousers and Hippy skirts this is the place for you. A decent pair of trousers will set you back about £40.00.
