We bought our first house in 2016 through Graham Douglas and his team, and we felt it was a natural choice to sell though Douglas and Simmons when the time came to move on. It wasn't the easiest of sales / purchase, and there were lots of stop and starts throughout the process, the majority of which we had no control over at all, but Graham and the team were very good at communicating, explaining and ensuring things moved forward. They were empathetic and put our needs, with two young children and dog, first. We are so happy to have finally moved and we would recommend Douglas and Simmons to anyone looking to buy / sell in the future.

I have no hesitation in recommending Douglas and Simmons. They provided friendly, reliable and professional services for selling a period family property in a village location in the Vale of the White Horse in 2024. My family appreciated Graham's considerable experience and measured advice. The marketing material was excellent especially the drone video and the online visibility on various platforms was very good. In an unpredictable market, Douglas and Simmons gave a fair valuation and more than half of the viewers made an offer which we were very pleased with. Graham and his team were in regular contact throughout and guided us through the process of competitive bids and we were satisfied with the selling price.

I had a very positive experience with Graham and his team. We bought a lovely house with them almost stress free, considering we were relocating from Surrey to Oxfordshire. Graham is one of the best estate agents I have dealt with, he is patient, explains everything in details and he cares about both parties, buyers and sellers.

We recently sold our house through Douglas & Simmons. Graham (Douglas), Rachel (Douglas) and Isabelle were great. From the point that Graham came for the initial conversation when we were choosing an estate agents we knew we were in good hands. Communication was great from start to finish, and the calmness with which the sale was handled was brilliant (it was the first time we had sold a house).
