extremely non professional, manager has no clue how the business works. Their wheel allignment maching is out of order for a month now. They some times don't even bother to call and confirm that appointment is changed. I went into 20 miles travel to find out its cancel. Manager was adamant that he called but could not find his phones logs right there infront of me. Finally i decided to cancel my appointment and asked for refund. 2 weeks now and nothing. stay away from this stressful place.

Won?t ever try to use these again. Took my money and confirmed a booking for two new tyres. Called me the day before to say they can?t do it now. The manager is very rude. Implied he shouldn?t have to for them as he?s the manager and had to even work in the Watehouse himself that day and wouldn?t have the staff the day my fitting was due. No refund yet, called customer service who said email a complaint. Asked me to move my fitting date when I can?t without losing money through work. Very unhelpful and couldn?t care about the issue.No refund or response to my complaint so have had to ask the bank to do a charge back.Now they have said they are sorry and a formal complaint will be reviewed in due course yet I?ve still heard nothing back about this complaint and had to have my bank do a charge back. So not only do you cancel appointments but you don?t even respond to complaints. So glad I went somewhere else to get my tyres done in the end.

Ordered 2 top quality tyres, they fitted the cheaper ones and charged me for the expensive ones. They under inflated both new tyres to about half the recommended psi, and different pressures. They didn?t correct the tyre pressure of the tyres that were swapped from back to front. Couldn?t even put a dust cap back on the valve. So based on that, how much effort was spent in alignment and balancing that was charged for?.I hope I can still get my £80 credit and tyre insurance in the future but not holding my breath.

Staff sat on reception ignoring customers. No acknowledgement that they will help us shortly. Stood in front if them for 10 minutes and writing this review in front of them... told car would be ready in half hour, came back half hour later and still not started. If staff were friendly and communicated then we could be understanding. Rude. Would not recommend for someone looking for good customer service

Possibly the least helpful place I've encountered. Sent here by a hire car company to have a puncture repaired, only to be told it can't be fitted in until Tuesday (6 days time) as they are "snowed under"...

Arrived at appointed time this morning and the place was closed up. The gate was closed so I had to park in an awkward place to investigate. No sign to say what was going on. The office lights were off, nobody around.
