Great service from Paula for my express massage. Treatment was lovely and definitely need to get booked in for another one soon! Room was compact but functional and nice and toasty - Paula made me feel at home from the moment I got there, and gave me a glass of water & recommendations about what to do after the massage! Went to the salon for a back massage, and the staff was friendly and professional and the massage was really good on the day. What happened afterwards was not so good.After the massage I had an alergic reaction in the form of horrendous back acne which I am still suffering from (it has been nearly 1month and a half). I contacted immediately the salon via email warning them of the possible consequences on other customers and never got a reply back. This I found inconsiderate and unprofessional and will not be coming back.
