Ordered an item to be delivered to the Argos store in Wantage. Received a notification to say that while the product was in stock, the Wantage store had randomly decided to cancel our order. We called Argos customer support and they confirmed that for reasons unknown the Wantage store had cancelled our order. They were really confused as no valid reason had been given for the cancellation. Will never use Argos again.

Extremely disappointing and worrying. The argos delivery driver texted me 'your delivery is with number 8 as you enter the road, the old man said he'll drop it off as he knows you'!!!Why did he not deliver it to me at my address??? Text or ring me if lost he/she obviously had my number. I paid for delivery.Shameful.

It's a decent sized Argos. Seems to have most items in stock most of the time. Good parking right outside the door.

Does what it needs to as an Argos! Parking can be a problem at weekends, as it's the only big car park for the town, and it's shared with the other shops.

Argos. Grew up with it - love it. There are some great staff at the Wantage store.
