Yesterday I was in there, we are loving Indian food and have been to a lot of restaurants. This one is right up there with the best we've had. It was fab! Flavours were spot on, really good value for money as well and the service was excellent!

We have eaten from this place twice. Once collecting in-person and once ordering through Uber Eats. We gave it a second shot based on the Uber Eats half price offer, thinking we may have had a one-off bad experience with certain dishes. Not so, unfortunately. I struggle to see whose taste this sort of takeaway food is catering to, but it is mostly sweet, luminous sauces, that I can only assume are full of food colouring. It is certainly nothing like the experiences I have had of genuine Indian cuisine. Try Vine & Spice in Long Wittenham for a better experience in the somewhat local area.

We had previously placed an order here which wasn't the nicest, but we decided to try it again recently.
Unfortunately, it took a while to arrive, and when we called up to check on the order, a rude member of staff told us to just wait.
When the order arrived, there was an item missing and the food we received was just about warm. We wanted to give this place another chance, but wish we hadn't now.

Nearly 2 hours for delivery after was told 1 hour at the most. Lamb instead of chicken ordered in one dish. Food cold and bland and to top it off the delivery guy could really do with at least trying to be a bit more polite. Rude and horrible experience. You certainly lost your tip on this delivery. Probably the last time I will use wallingford tandoori.

The food is always excellent!
The service is always excellent! And the staff are really welcoming and friendly.
There is a good choice of drinks too! Wether that be soft, beer or wine.

Not sure if we turned up on a bad night, but we booked in advance ,when we got there they knew nothing about the booking. The guy behind the counter was very rude and really poor attitude, poor service and unwelcoming all through the meal, did not ask us if we wanted any more drinks durring the meal, just very unpleasant experience, won't be back that's for sure, food was okay

Waited over 2 hours for delivery less than 10 minutes away

I?m writing to express my disappointment with the delivery service I experienced on 15/3/25 When I placed my order, I was given an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes via Uber eats, yet my food did not arrive for nearly two hours. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but such a long delay without any communication was frustrating. I then called the restaurant to question the whereabouts of our food to be told it?s not his fault. I felt I was understanding and reasonable but advised to the manager he should perhaps relay the delay via uber eats, to which he got offended by and hung up on me.
That said, I want to acknowledge your delivery driver, Ian. He was extremely apologetic and clearly working very hard under difficult conditions. It was obvious that he was overworked, yet he remained professional and courteous. His efforts were appreciated, and I hope his hard work is recognised.
I enjoyed your food, but this experience has made me hesitant to order again.

I ordered grilled king praws they where disgusting been boiled not grilled honestly worst curry iv had

Shame delivery was about 10.mins late but that's fine how every have they changed owners? It's was Luke warm and notice the portions look a lot smaller from before Xmas 2024? Shame as we normally order every month to 6 weeks may have to try another one

Workers were disgusting rude while on the food. He was yelling at me when I asked him to repeat himself. Food took over 2 hours to arrive. But was very delicious once it arrived
