Don't know why this place doesn't have better reviews. They have a good display/range in their warehouse and their customer service was great, they kept in touch, delivery was on time and provided helpful advice.

Vinny and the team at UK bathroom warehouse provided us with an amazing excellent service for our new bathroom (shower, freestanding bath, sink, toilet and tiles). Not pushy during quoting and offered excellent advice. A clerical issue resulted in the wrong floor tiles being delivered however Vinny and the team resolved the issue as fast as they could, even driving to Watford to collect the correct tiles in person when there was a delay from the supplier which was much appreciated and allowed us to finish our bathroom within the 2 weeks we had allocated.Communication was very good throughout and the quality and price of the products was excellent.We also decided we wanted different bath feet for our freestanding bath and Vinny sorted that without any issues getting the different bath feet as soon as he could.Great friendly service and will use them again in the future. It was a shame about the floor tiles but the issue was resolved as soon as they could and the rest of the order was perfect.

After our initial visit to UK Bathrooms, Wallingford we were quite excited at the prospect of having our cloakroom designed by them. Every suggestion that we made was agreed by Aiden and said they would be able to provide what we required. We then booked a slot to have the ideas put to paper. We attended and our views about this place changed. The individual who dealt with us was decidedly unhelpful and did not make any suggestions for alternative ranges. Everything he said was negative and gave us the impression he couldn't be bothered because it was a small project. Very disappointed. So we will be taking our business elsewhere. Would not recommend!!!!!.

Great products. We did 6 bathrooms with Steve and the team and they did a great job.Good customer service and transport of products. Had one issue and immediately resolved it. Would definitely recommend

Vinny was extremely helpful in fitting out our 5 new bathrooms. The results were really stunning and the quality of the products were very good. We have used cheap online bath stores before and it's a waste of money. I especially loved the Hansgrohe controllers and taps, the showers glide. Any small issues were sorted in 24 hours. Thanks guys.

I am installing a new shower room at a property in Oxford. I wanted to buy local. I got a great service from UK Bathroom Warehouse. The two main points for me were- a great price along with great after sales. Vinny helped me and was great on both counts. I had to change a couple of items (my mistake) and was refunded the difference with no quibble. This is the third time I?ve used them and I would definitely use them again. Great service!

I purchased three Fiora sinks from this company and all over £1000, they are bespoke and there was a lot of delays in getting them, when we got it we got the wrong parts that would not fit to the wall, so we had to wait for a replacement. when the replacement arrived the magnetic drawer would not work hence the drawer would not close, after days of discussion and videos and pictures, the company finally accept to send a replacement part so we can fix it.less than one year one of the three units start peeling, the one that we have in guest room and barley used, the company send me a DIY kit to fix it myself which I refused, these units comes with 5 years warranty, then I was told we caused the damage and there is no way the paint would come off.Luckily we have two other unit to compareit to and we know for fact this unit was faulty, they all came at different times so they are not from the same batch. the company has stop replying to me and refuse to replace/refund or fix it.I would stay away from a company that would not honor their guarantee!!! specially when it cost £1200!Reply to the seller:Thank you for your reply, however as mentioned only one unit out of the three is affected, the chips are in a random locations and the number of them are increasing, the 3d party repairer did say in rare cases if there is dust on the unit before the coating goes on it this would happen.Fiora did refuse to fix the problems I had initially with the magnetic drawer as well and they send the wrong unit, so they are not exactly the most reliable manufacture.If your company does not resolve the issue I would have no choice but to take this further.Since I no longer get a reply by email, you could communicate through here.

DO NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY! STAY AWAY

Appalling customer service. Staff were very friendly and helpful when initially ordering, however since having paid we have had very little communication from the Oxford team, and numerous promises of call backs that we have not received. Despite being guaranteed delivery of the remaining items ?sometime on friday 20th? nothing has arrived. They also haven?t answered their phone for the last three days. We are now left without a completed bathroom over the Christmas period and no idea as to what is going on. The quality of the items we have received have been excellent, but you can buy everything they stock elsewhere so would recommend doing this. We are very disappointed with this company.

I?ve ordered parts for three bathrooms we are currently renovating and am extremely happy. I haven?t visited the showroom, so cannot comment on this aspect, but as we knew what we wanted I was happy to deal with the company by email. Responses have been swift and helpful. Prices were very competitive. I would certainly use the company again
