Orders over past year nearly always wrong. Extra cheese never added when requested and paid for.
Most recently came home to find chilli sauce applied in error all over kids' large cheese and tomato pizza (they refused to eat it!).
Tried complaining over the phone on one occasion but staff member seemed untrained in how to handle such calls. She eventually offered to send a £10 voucher via email for our next order. Voucher never arrived.
Pizzas lately overly salty.
Our orders here are only placed now in food emergency situations. Advise others to keep orders simple and check in box before accepting!

Absoloute awful customer service the driver tried to grab my boxes and open them to see what was inside when I?m asking for my mission ice cream my order i waited a hour for turned up completely wrong

Pizzas delivered this evening had clearly been dropped. No toppings left on slices
had to put them back together the best we could. Have sent a complaint to customer service. Absolutely shocking when spending £60 on pizza!!!! Will not be ordering from here again

After getting the toppings wrong on my delivered pizza twice in a row. Customer service acknowledged the shop weren't going to get it right and refunded the cost of the topping. So be aware if booking online you may not get the pizza you ordered

Very poor service. We have ordered a pizza fo delivery, it arrived with a missing topping. Store offered a free pizza which we have ordered, and arrived again with a missing topping. Upon raising this with the store we have received a bunch of excuses. We have ordered a pizza for delivery 4 times last year, 3 times order was incorrect. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered a pizza at 18.37 pm and it said 45-53 minutes for delivery, it was on quality check for 30 minutes and then said out for delivery which we then had to wait another 30 minutes even though we are only up the road. Pizza arrived stone cold and the driver informed us he had to come from high Wycombe to do the delivery. Called a few times but no answer and then got hung up on. so my partner went to the store with the food and asked for a refund where he was told it would take 3-5 working days to get back. Even though he just said I will refund you I sent him back in to make sure then sent a confirmation email he then had to go into the back room to do this so had no intention of issuing the refund. They are quick enough to take our money but we have to wait that long. I order quite regularly from my local store but won?t be from now on. Disgusting customer service

I am really disappointed actually. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:30pm and it took 1.5 hours to get to me when I live less than a two minute drive away. The driver blamed it on the address given being wrong on his info sheet but showed me it and it wasn?t wrong at all. Then when he was getting it out of his bag his dropped my big garlic and herb sauce on the floor and it split open then gave it to me like nothing happened. The only good thing about this whole situation is that the driver called me when he realised he was lost to get to the right place

The pizzas are good, but if you live at RAF Benson, you're screwed. They used to have drivers that could come unto station with a pass, but the last couple of times, they've sent foreign drivers with no valid ID. I can't always pick it up at the gate, and now I have to cancel my order. Sort yourselves out, Dominos!

Normally great, tonight however no. Walked in all 3 staff were stood on their phones clearly not caring what soever someone had walked in. The lady gave me a look like I'd just interupted their break time. When questioned about the news article stating the Garlic sauce dip has been recalled and if its ok to eat they answered me like I was an idiot. When asked again to try and get a sensible answer instead of blank faces and a "errrr no" the woman then pointed with no words to a sign with the products that were being recalled and my dip being one of them. Crazy back to pizza cafe for me

I am a regular customer. While the pizzas are usually good, there are some days when they fall short, possibly due to untrained kitchen staff. Additionally, when I?ve called, the staff hasn?t been very helpful and they don?t automatically inform about the offers or deals.

Apart from the fact that it is expensive, we have ordered on Uber eats, still nobody 45 minutes after the estimate time, we had to go there, the pizza was ready but the employee told us that we were too close for delivery. We had paid for delivery and were not reimbursed, a shame.
