Orders over past year nearly always wrong. Extra cheese never added when requested and paid for.
Most recently came home to find chilli sauce applied in error all over kids' large cheese and tomato pizza (they refused to eat it!).
Tried complaining over the phone on one occasion but staff member seemed untrained...

Absoloute awful customer service the driver tried to grab my boxes and open them to see what was inside when I’m asking for my mission ice cream my order i waited a hour for turned up completely wrong

Pizzas delivered this evening had clearly been dropped. No toppings left on slices
had to put them back together the best we could. Have sent a complaint to customer service. Absolutely shocking when spending £60 on pizza!!!! Will not be ordering from here again
