not happy at all, it was freezing cold AC full on because the Barrista said she gets hot, the coffee was bad and the sandwich was not warmed up properly. could of been a bad day but customer should always take priority. Also the shop in general was very tatty and toilet was a mess. Rant over.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is always pretty clean and tidy nice location not as woke as some other Costas I've come across Could do with a bit better layout on the tables and chairs outside but all round a nice place to stop and get a coffee

Great service but sadly forgot to offer sugar when assisting for wheelchair. Narrow and difficult to traverse past second doorway into 'real' seating area. Couldn't get comfortable due to breeze in gangway. Disabled toilet needed stocking and I visited early in the day with only two staff on so I could predict an issue in the next hour. Nice enough but just not very accessible.

Visited during a calm Sunday afternoon andwas served by two girls that were adorable and well prepared our drinks. Really appreciated the service and cleanliness of this branch.

We popped in at 5 30 pm 3rd feb to get some information on a new card as my purse had been stolen the previous day. In Wallingford costa Jen was on the counter what a delightful young lady an asset to your business. She gave us all the information we needed she was so welcoming and helpful . There was another young lady on duty didn?t get her name she was very sweet to. We live local so we will be popping back in. There are a lot of coffee shops in Wallingford so I imagine fierce competition so staff like Jen make a difference.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs

Been using for several years. Staff have always been pleasant and polite. Always find the atmosphere nice and relaxing. Use most Fridays as I share with the local market day.Recommended.

This is the best Costa I've ever been in. Staff are efficient and friendly. The place is spotless to the point that you really notice. I hope it doesn't change because I think the staff who turned it around may have moved on?

Says online and on the shop door that it opens at 8am on a Sunday. It's currently 8.23am and I'm caffeine depleted. ?

Fairly Cosy for a Costa with the standard Costa coffee. Friendly staff are welcoming. Recommended if you have time to sit down and enjoy a hot beverage.
