My call was answered promptly, I was quoted a very competitive price and advised to pop in this afternoon, which I did.Unfortunately, the replacement was not a simple process and the two members of staff who worked on my car (sorry I didn't get their names) were friendly and remained upbeat despite working in the 30 degree heat. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Haynes today and would definitely recommend others to give them a try.”
