The team at the Teashop make everything by hand on the premises, using the best locally sourced ingredients they can find, often from Waterperry's own walled garden. From delicious home baked cakes, vegan oat-bars, vegetarian lasagnes, chicken salads, to toasties and sandwiches. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Beautifully picturesque in the summer. Picnic Hampers are available to pre-order from the website.
Treat yourself to a bottle of Apple Juice or Cider made from Waterperry?s very own Orchards, delicious.
The Teashop is open from 10am, last orders 5pm, closing at 5.30pm. The servery is open from 12pm daily and serves hot meals over the lunchtime period.

Somewhat underwhelming coffee,flat white indistinguishable from cappuccino and not hot. Reasonable lunch,but stingy on the salads at ,£3.80 a pop. Long queues at busiest times and a build up of dirty surfaces and not enough staff to clear used plates cups etc. So ok overall.

Quite expensive for what it was, but the staff are friendlier than most! Lovely experience all in all. Only visited cafe but would definitely come back for another experience.

Always great food and a nice atmosphere. Queueing for service is normal unfortunately. It could really do with rethinking.

Quite expensive for self service. Feels like a school canteen. My husband's filter coffee was only luke warm. The cakes were supposed to be freshly baked, but my scone felt like it came out of a fridge, not like it was freshly baked. My husband's apple pie was out of a cooler. I think fresh apple pie should be slightly warm. If I ever come for another visit to Waterperry Gardens, I would give this tearoom a miss.
