I visited Waitrose in Thame a couple of weeks ago, I had a long list of shopping to do for my friend's party. All the staff I encountered were incredibly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent customer service.

Edit... the store and the carpark have had a refurb and it's much better!!! Carpark is tight, pedestrians and drivers alike find it difficult to move around without people becoming irritated with each other, but many angry drivers need to be more considerate of others. The shop is very tired but currently undergoing renovations so hopefully it will be much improved very soon. The stag are always friendly and helpful. It's a relatively small store, but normally well stocked. Fast ev charging is useful!

Good refurb. Improvement in car park??but why make the door to get in and out so narrow. Security I guess? But takes a while to get in an out especially if it?s busy.

A bit shabby as they are undergoing a refurb, so lots of empty fridges. Will be great once sorted. Car park resurfaced and spaces now larger? great!

Good selection of groceries,in particular vegetables and sandwiches which is what we came in to get. Friendly helpful staff, will call in again when in the area.
