I visited Waitrose in Thame a couple of weeks ago, I had a long list of shopping to do for my friend's party. All the staff I encountered were incredibly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent customer service.

Edit... the store and the carpark have had a refurb and it's much better!!! Carpark is tight, pedestrians and drivers alike find it difficult to move around without people becoming irritated with each other, but many angry drivers need to be more considerate of others.
