Really happy with the Studybed. We bought the bed at a trade show and the sales team there could not have been more helpful.
We since had several conversations via phone for delivery and colour of the bed again the team in the office could not be more helpful.
Sounds to good to be true, and then Studybed hit a hat-trick with delivery and installation, what a polite and considerate delivery and install team thank you Chris and Kevin.
We cannot recommend this company enough its a good sturdy well made quality product backed by an amazing people team.

We have had a study bed for some years and have been very pleased with it. In that time we have had a couple of small problems and on both occasions the company has been very quick to help us sort out the issue. Overall a very good product and excellent after sales service.

every single person we have dealt with at The Study Bed Company has been a pleasure. every single email replied to within a day and just so friendly. the bed was delivered today and the team were so friendly and conscientious of our property. my son is so happy. he now has a proper desk which will be really important as he is starting to think about his GCSEs. so happy from the moment I sent an enquiry to our son seeing his bed for the first time

Over the moon with the double study bed we have had fitted today. Very patient staff, rearranging fitting around house moves. Judith and Nigel very easy to deal with. Ian was fantastic today fitting the bed, polite tidy, careful and friendly. Bed is excellent quality and will last us for years to come. Thanks for great customer service!

We can honestly say that the whole process has been a real pleasure and very professional. We really appreciate the extra steps that were taken by the installers when fitting our furniture, to accommodate our individual need. The ordering process was so easy and every question we asked we had an informative and swift response. Communication at every stage was a breath of fresh air, even on the day, the installers checked things with us as they fitted each piece. We are absolutely thrilled with it, the room looks so different. It means we will now have a lovely comfortable sleeping area when needed and we have a great office/craft desk too.

Can't say enough good things about this product and/or this company. I've had my StudyBed a few years now and it literally is the best and most functional piece of furniture I've ever bought. My flatmate currently uses the bed and desk every day. It's super-easy to convert, literally so simple and it looks as good as it did the day it was installed. Plus I needed instructions on dismantaling it the other day and the team got back to me straight away with excellent instructions and also offered (if I needed it) the option to come and dismantle and then reconstruct for a small fee, if neeeded. As I say, I can't recommend the product or the StudyBed Company more highly. Great bit of kit. I want an excuse to buy another!!! Thanks StudyBed team.

After more than five years of regular use as a bed and desk my Studybed had a problem the other day with one of its balancing rods. It was critical for me as I needed to use the bed by the weekend for a family visit. But Nigel at the office promptly sorted out a visit and like a Superhero their engineer zoomed in, replaced the faulty part, gave the bed a service, added some handy stops that have improved the design since 2017 and left again for nothing more than my gratitude a friendly hand-shake! Studybed made my day. The quality of desk/bed never ceases to amaze me and my guests and the service offered by the company is friendly and nothing short of first class!

Bought Double Sudy Bed. Ordering and checking questions re measurement, the team were extremely helpful and enabled perfect fit in the designated room. Delivery and installation gentleman, right on time and done very professionally and efficiently. Very happy with this very clever design enabling double bed and office in a limited space.
