Phenomenal service! I can't rate Thame One Stop Auto Centre highly enough.These guys are everything you want in a garage; professional, friendly and honest.I was quoted almost £1600 to rectify an 'issue' with the rear brakes on my Audi A5, by Audi Aylesbury.After spending over £3000 with Audi earlier in the year, I decided to take my vehicle to Thame One Stop for a second opinion; I just didn't trust Audi.Thame One Stop diagnosed and rectified the problem for £245!!I'm really happy with the quality of the parts, the workmanship and quite obviously the price!I won't take my vehicle anywhere else, they now have a very loyal customer in me. I can't fault the service. Have been using them for multiple cars for quite a few years and really wish I had found them earlier, they are fairly priced, honest and I trust them. They have spent time working on a problem they could not fix, and refused to charge me for time. They recommended my son use a local salvage yard to replace a broken headlamp as he couldn't afford a new one, then fitted it for him at a good price. No problem at all with any of their diagnostics or work done, I think they are great.

I had an issue with a broken exhaust bracket and called them on a Saturday to see if and when they could fit me in. They were the first available appointment locally, 1 day later. The issue was resolved that day. Without asking they looked into an issue that I had, had for over 18 months with over fuelling after spotting the engine management light on the test drive. Over the 18 month period the main manufacturer backed dealership charged me £700 to fail and eventually gave up. 2 other garages locally either couldn?t or wouldn?t look into it. One stop Auto fixed it in one day for £72. I would, without hesitation recommend them. Proper Mechanics rather than expensive fitters. Thank youService: Check engine light diagnostic
