When you buy an electric chainsaw, you expect the staff to enquire if you need chain oil with it, as you can't use it without some. Upon returning to store and mentioning to Matthew on sales that he hadn't asked, he stated I didn't know if you had some or not! I'm buying a chainsaw, why would I have chain oil for a chainsaw I don't own yet???Chainsaw is brilliant, shame staff are not up to speed on their products. Admittedly, a learning experience for me too!

Been doing a house renovation and the team at Screwfix Thame have been consistently helpful- replacing a broken part in a tap I ordered and great to have them open early in the mornings to collect materials before work- thanks guys

Great to have a branch of Screwfix in town. Open every day and most items in stock or available next day. Good information on items in app and it is easy to order online and collect within minutes.
