We visited here Friday 28th March! Evening before my wedding me my bridesmaids and some family members wanted to go out for a meal to celebrate that I was getting married the next day! Can honestly say we were made to feel like complete crap and awkward! We had some Tesco vouchers and some 2 for 1 vouchers to use! We were aware wouldn?t be able to use them together so we asked if we could split the bill so we could use the Tesco vouchers on one and then the 2 for 1 on another bill as we were all paying separately! We were made to feel like we were being completely unreasonable and the manager was so rude; from the minute we got there she didn?t crack a smile and then continued to stand behind the bar and slag us all off to different waitresses which was so obvious, not setting a great example to her staff! I couldn?t wait to get out of there, would never return!

A great deal for Blue Monday came out of the "blue" and was an offer I couldn't miss. Expected a small bowl of food, but we got normal plates with plenty of pasta etc on them. Thanks Prezzo.

Good honest food, good honest prices

Disappointing menu changed not so good and food average pizza with not much topping, chicken over cooked and dry, pasta not cooked enough so really not good and service very slow and then have the cheek to add a service charge. Very disappointed

Food was alright. Prices are inflated because of their deals for 25% off every day with certain companies. £18 for lasagna that's just as good as a ready meal...
Service was great and the staff were very lovely.
It was very loud inside as it was school holidays when we went so probably would visit later in the evening to avoid this.

Food was bland and underwhelming! The only thing I enjoyed was the garlic, cheese and balsamic onion bread and the wine. Expensive for bland food.

Fantastic staff, especially the manager - you are always made to feel really welcome here. The food is incredible (highly recommend the saltimbocca, the best I?ve had outside of Italy!). Our kids are always treated really well and their food comes really quickly. They make a mean Aperol Spritz and the truffle fries are a must! Highly recommend and we?ll be back (again) really soon!

Maddie let us in at 9.02pm. We'd been travelling down from Wales and were hungry and tired. She welcomed us in even though it was late. Her service was wonderful and the food was sublime. Thank you so much.

We went with two of our grandchildren, aged 9 and 7. We all enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Our waitress was efficient & fun and nothing was too much trouble.
