Absolutely ridiculous service. Always extremely long queues with only one member of staff on. Staff are rude and unhelpful.please please please get new staff and more staff or just shut the place down. Lived in Thame for 40 years and it gets worse every year.

Abysmal. Might just be the worst post office in England. You need to open up the other counters. My girlfriend went to pick up a parcel the other day and they told her that it wasn't there without even checking, they then marked it as delivered so she can't get a refund even though she never received it!

Professional and fiendly staff!Visiting the Thame's Post Office lastMonday was just such a positive experience. I was assisted by a knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful lady, named Cari. It was my second experience with her in rhe last couple of months, and everytime I'm there, she is so efficient and always ready to give the best advise - finding the best option to benefit her customers. Using the Post Office in Thame is a 100% satisfying experience this days ? ? ?And did I mention the queue moving swiftly?
