A hidden gem in Thame. The beer is well kept, and you always get a great pint. The prices are very reasonable for this part of the UK. The garden is a suntrap and very quaint. The staff are attentive and polite. Definitely worth a visit.

Found this gem of a pub while visiting the area for 2 weeks. Fantastic and friendly bar staff who.cannot do enough for you. The locals are friendly too and the.prices are the cheapest in Thame which was surprising considering how good the beers were, the location of this pub and the fact that it is a Greene King Pub. Miss this place already.

What a cracking little boozer. First time visiting Thame and happened to walk in to this place as they were showing the rugby. Great atmosphere with really friendly staff and other pub goers! Guinness tasted great and was an absolute bargain. Will visit again if I?m ever in those ends, cracking.

Popped in for a swift half, didnt realise there was a small sunny courtyard out the back, pool table available, looked clean/tidy and friendly!! Several screens on with Olympics on!!

Classic English pub, the only one left in Thame now as all the others have moved on as food locations firstly and pubs secondly.

Had a wee night here watching football while on a course.. great proper pub and staff were very friendly with great service...will be back next week ?
