5* for the customer service I received from a young girl! I think her name was Chelsea or something like that, she was very friendly and helpful and gave the best customer service I have received in a while. Very patient with me and helped me with everything I needed.

Okay shop with some good prices however a certain staff member lets the whole shop down. Woman with glasses was very rude and abrupt and didn?t seem interested in helping me in the slightest. When I finally got her attention she was very short with me and barely helped at all. I found some clothes I wanted and went to pay and she kept demanding a email which I politely declined as I don?t want to give out my information but it felt like I was being forced to give it. I ended up leaving the shop without buying a single item. Very unprofessional and won?t be coming back.

Fantastic customer service from a very friendly young lady who helped me pick out an ideal jacket, only in her second week working there but this didn't show as she was extremely helpful and confident.

Love this shop, however I do have to say that I miss the two young girls who used to work on a Sunday! They were brilliant, such a shame they?ve gone, the store was lucky to have such friendly and welcoming staff like them. Best of luck to them both. Despite this, still a great shop with a wide selection of stock. Can?t fault it really. Always got some sort of a sale on so I?m able to get a good bargain - brilliant value for money!!
