It is okay, big bank but sadly you only get 1 or 2 people serving which can be frustrating especially when there is about 5 people already queuing.I had issue with my card before and came here and a nice gentleman sorted it out for me within 5 minutes and even got a new account set up for me.Like I said a good big bank but sadly not enough staff

The Manager David Davies and his staff at Lloyds Bank in Thame are very helpful. As a Power of Attorney for my elderly parents and a customer as well I visit the branch often. I find the staff up to date with POA issues, efficient and extremely helpful. David Davies was impressive and a great help. Well done Lloyds Bank Thame.

Just called the Llloyds call centre, but they couldn't answer the question and offered to transfer me to the branch.
I just gave up after 25 minutes!

Regularly slow service with not enough counter staff present during peak times. The quick deposit machine also seems to have a mind of its own and is often unusable.
