Have changed my stats as I went back . They now have super rude staff , very unhelpful , make prices . When I arrived they were unable to find booking ,only once I said I was going and my agent called them did they say they found it and will give a room , I had left to another hotel . Very disappointing.
I came to a spa day yesterday and was disappointed. I have no complaints about the lunch, which was delicious, and the waiting staff who were charming, helpful and good at their jobs. The spa however was a different story. The venue is very tired and worn, the changing room resembles a leisure centre rather than a spa.... read full comment
