Looked at online menu and chose what we wanted. As I was visiting Thame, decided to order & collect saving delivery fees. Showed pleasant helper the screenshot of what I was ordering, but they didn't do one of the pizzas! Ordered a similar replacement, and then got price which was greater than the family deal price online. Eventually left and ordered what we wanted, delivered from Risborough for similar price incl delivery fee in less time than waiting in Thame and transporting home myself.
Cannot comment on food quality. Lady was polite, just silly that national chain does their own thing at different locations!

AWFUL & RUDE! Food took 1 hour to come and got delivered stone cold! They DO NOT answer the phone. I had to drive down to the branch and take back there cold pizza!! No apology nothing!! Stay away!! DO NOT ORDER!!

Absolutely terrible experience?never again.
The service inside was appalling, and the staff were incredibly rude.
The pizzas were a huge disappointment, with barely any cheese, including the garlic cheeseLESS bread. To make matters worse, the large pot of garlic and herb dip (which you pay extra for) had already been opened, which I only noticed after I got home.
The pizzas tasted awful, and I deeply regret ordering from here. If you're craving Domino's, do yourself a favour and go to a different location. This was an all-around disaster. Yuck!"

The only pizza place in Thame apart from Prezzo that makes lovely hot pizzas, I go here a lot when I've got nothing in my fridge need something to help my hunger. The staff are great the pizzas take around 15 minutes so you don't wait that long. And once you get your pizza it's hot and stays hot, prices vary on what you get, but personally I'd say all the food is great value.

Vegetarian options: Not recommended. They are messing up with the order. You have to check if your order is current otherwise you might end up with something different.

Worst experience. I ordered from them today and they said it would be an hours wait. I spent £40 and they said they tried to deliver but no one was there. When I called them to say it has not been delivered they said they knocked but no one answered. And then said they will make it again and deliver in another hour. This time it was 9pm! I asked for a refund and they said it will need to be raised with head office. This place is a joke.
