On the 27/11/24, the lady at the till at 9am left a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. We took a drink back after getting it as it had no cream. She pulled a face and questioned this instead of apologizing and adding the cream. It took another employee to tell her that she'd heard us asking for the cream for her to actually rectify the situation. As someone who works in customer service I find this entirely unacceptable. All the other staff, however, are fabulous ?.

That girl that's served me was so polite and kind, I was having a bad day and just that interaction alone really cheered me up and a good hot chocolate that I was craving really made it better x

The staff are friendly, but I had iced coffee here it was so weak , I'm surprised it was even coffee, it was difficult to tell. I'm surprised that with several new coffee shops opening on the town that there isn't some more attention to quality of coffee being served here. Last week I had hot americano that was filled to brim of cup and very weak. Okay maybe people only like weak coffee, but I think if we want that way , we should be able to ask for extra water rather than only serving weak coffee

Costa .Generally now ,very overpriced .
A regular latte £3.90 ....borderline ridiculous .
Been sneaking up the price again and again since Coca Vola bought the brand(And probably overpaid for it ) - After today .....it's off my list .Enough .
The Thame shop was quiet and clean .....Probably clean because it was so quiet .

A bit dark and dingy. When I visited, the takeaway service took forever - appeared to be short staffed. Not a great space to walk into and I suspect there are better places to get a coffee in Thame.

I'm a fairly regular visitor to Thame Costa. They very kindly hosted a group I attended for a 6 week period before Christmas and we have since met there regularly every couple of weeks or so. It's lovely that they are supportive of such groups in our local community. Staff are always very polite, friendly and welcoming and drinks are always produced quickly. I don't tend to purchase food but have had the occasional cake which is always tasty!
