“Not a reflection on this particular store, but how employees are treated by the powers above. Staff are expected to offer products at the tills to up sell as well as offer a leaflet asking to leave a review, and ask customers for postcodes, those at head office clearly have no idea what its like working in a store. customers come in to shop, not get asked various questions at the tills, it is very of putting, and ive never known a shop ask for postcodes before! Staff have had a lot on their plate, what with working throughout the pandemic even though everyone knows that robert dyas wasnt an essential store during the lockdown. All this while earning the absolute minumum the goverment will allow. If the company could pay less, they absolutely would. Its sad that the government has had to implement the national living wage because greedy businesses don't value their staff enough to pay them a decent wage. Theo Pathitis should be ashamed of himself. From what ive heard, it isn't a good place to work, staff have lost faith in the powers above and during this pandemic they certainly have shown their true colours. Profit before employee's health and wellbeing.”

“This is a great M&S shop, even though its small, it has everything you'd need. I've done my weekly shop in here before, although it was more expensive than going to tescos.”

“It changed from McColl’s and now Morrisons Daily is a refreshing new store with the Post Office service inside and more products availability for customers to buy.”
